Ahmet Başaran

After obtaining undergraduate law degree in 2015, he pursued master’s degree in the information technologies and intellectual property law in Germany. He graduated from Leibniz Universität Hannover in 2017 with the thesis named “Intermediary Liability in Pyschical Market under IP Enforcement Directive”.

Then, he provided legal services to domestic and multi-national clients in the leading law firms in Turkey; particularly on legal rules in the food, medicine and cosmetics markets; protection of intellectual and industrial rights; consultancy on the preparation of corporate documents and day-to-day activities of the companies; personal data protection; and preparation and negotiation of commercial contracts. He is fluent in English.
